Solvay Society Minimise Table Saison 3.2%
Sometimes we want all the flavour, body and refreshment of a beer without all of the alcohol. A table saison, comprising subtle spicy notes, full of rich rustic grain flavours and dry hopped with traditional German hops is the perfect way of delivering this, all at a perfectly sessionable ABV. Holler is Exales take on a classic farmhouse ale meant to be enjoyed after a hard days labour on the land. A balanced and nuanced beer with a delicate malt bill, subtle esters and spice from their unique yeast strain and grains of paradise with the added twist of some New Zealand hops. A beer designed to make your soul sing after a day of hard graft. Crisp, light, refreshing. Exale are also based in Walthamstow East London just a short beer crawl away from Signature Brew.
Utopian Brewing Dark Lager 5.4%
Utopian Dark Lager is their interpretation of the Bavarian Dunkel style. They brewed this lager with dark malts and a traditional double decoction mash, teasing out a bouquet of caramelized nuts and bread crust. A slow, low temperature fermentation and over a month of cold lagering, result in a beer with pours a rich amber, with malt complexity, and exceptional drinkability. Nutty, rich, full bodied, unfiltered, and beautifully balanced. Utopian Brewing are based in Mid-Devon and was a enjoyed very much so in our previous Brewers Choice Mixed Case.
